Balanced diet is a food that must be eaten to ensure the body of a person’s body to function normally. Balanced diet should give us energy. adequate food, carbohydrates, proteins and fats at its optimum, adequate fiber content and the content of minerals, vitamins and ASID lemak.Makanan which gives power to nurture the body, and can be away from us than getting the disease. Ingestion advisory practice is an important factor towards health family and should be nurtured from home. Other than organize and able to buy food dikongsi together as a family must necessarily nutritious and adviser. Balanced diet should provide:

i. Sufficient power food
ii. Carbohydrates, proteins and fats at its optimum.
iii. Fiber content of an adequate
iv. The content of minerals, vitamins and fatty ASID.

This meal consists of three sets namely food that gives energy, away from disease and build cells and tissues of the body.

A. Foods that give energy
