Today many people offering drugs or suppelmen often called or regarded as healthy foods. Sometimes offered with a tempting lure to many people interested.
Sometimes a lot of people who consume the drug without more attention to healthy living by choosing a good food.
Besides, many people want instant weight loss in the blink of an eye, for example in dealing with a particular wedding or event. Then they take the medicine slimming extra tight without consulting a doctor so disturbing health.
Extra strict diet can make you malnourished and had to be careful because the future can arise yoyo syndrome: weight back up so you off the diet and “revenge” by eating more.
What is meant by healthy food is food that does not make you underweight or overweight, but make usĀ  normal weight or not. In addition, healthy food does not make cholesterol or high blood sugar, and in blood tests at regular intervals, sugar, fats and uric acid remained well controlled. Not worsen the function of vital organs of the body and our blood pressure becomes more stable,

A balanced diet
To get a healthy diet, a balanced diet should be regulated. That is, all kinds of food we consumption in sufficient quantities. Composition of foods that one and the other balanced. Nothing is consumed in excess. Any food, though good for health, can be dangerous if we eat to excess.

In general, food can be divided into four major groups namely:
a. Rice and his successor
b. Fruit
c. Vegetable
d. Meat and substitutes

A balanced diet is the main food consists of rice or its successor, fruits and vegetables, and meat or a replacement in smaller amounts.
